The zoo keepers first day woking on his own.

A young lad had served his apprenticeship in the zoo & was now on his first day on his own. He is given just three tasks, first is to clear the exotic fish pool of weeds.

As he does this a huge fish jumps out and bites him shocking him so much that he is unable to get the fish back into the water it sadly dies.

Realising his employer won't be best pleased he disposes of the fish by feeding it to the lions, as learned lions will eat anything.

He moves on to his second job, while he is clearing out the monkey house, he is attacked by the cheeky chimps who pelt him with coconuts.

He lashes out and is a bit heavy handed with the brush handle killing two of the chimps. As there are so many he thinks that if he feeds these to the lions the boss won't notice. He puts them in his wheelbarrow and hurls the corpses into the lion enclosure.

His last job of the morning was to collect the honey from the South American Bees. As soon as he starts he is attacked by the bees. To save being stung to death, he thrashes around with the collecting pots he was using, mashing many of them and again not wishing the head keeper to find out how he had killed a large number of this rare colony, he scoops them into the pots. Yes you've guessed it he was passing the lions as he headed back to base so tipped them out as a delicacy for lions.

Later that day a new lion arrives at the zoo, he wanders up to the lions and says "What's the food like here?" The lions reply "Absolutely brilliant...............................today we had

Fish and Chimps with Mushy Bees."
